Tehran is ready to restart nuclear talks with Washington on condition that it is approached with "dignity" and "respect", Tehran's top diplomat has stated.

Abbas Araghchi stated solely negotiations was effective, and disclosed recent overtures had come from mediators to resume discussions with the American leadership. He claimed Iran possessed no unreported enrichment locations, and Iran could not yet permit the International Atomic Energy Agency to inspect bombed nuclear sites for safety concerns.

Walking a Complex Course
